Hollywood star Amber Heard has responded to her ex Johnny Depp losing his criticism argument against the distributer of British newspaper, The Sun. 


The Aquaman entertainer's reaction to her ex's destruction was unveiled by Metro on Tuesday as the distribution uncovered her US advice's assertion following the decision. 


"For those of us present for the London High Court preliminary, this choice and Judgment are not a shock," said Elaine Charlson, US counsel for Heard. 


"Very soon, we will introduce considerably more voluminous proof in the US. We are focused on getting Justice for Amber Heard in the US court and protecting Ms. Heard's Right to Free Speech," she added. 


Prior on Monday, High Court Judge Andrew Nicol excused the 57-year-old's case saying the paper gathering's article had been demonstrated to be "significantly obvious", adding "the petitioner has not prevailing in his activity for criticism". 


The entertainer sued the newspaper's distributer News Group Newspapers (NGN) and the writer of the article over cases he was fierce to ex Amber Heard during their unstable two-year marriage. 


Three weeks of spiteful declaration at the case named "the greatest English criticism preliminary of the 21st century" included cases of medication misuse and abusive behavior at home. 


"I have discovered that the incredible larger part of supposed attacks of Ms Heard by Mr Depp have been demonstrated to the common norm," said judge Nicol, which means he esteemed the cases almost certainly to be valid on the equilibrium of likelihood.
